Howdy, all!
As we mentioned in our previous update, we sent approval for the books over to our printer as soon as we got the proofs in. We just got word from them that the full print run is anticipated to wrap up in late February!
For Non-US Backers...
Once the books leave the printer we expect our shipping partner to get them about a week later. This can vary a few days in either direction. Once they are received, we can begin fulfillment.
For US Backers...
It takes roughly a month for books to ship from the printer to our US fulfillment partner. This means that we will not likely get the books in hand here in the US until the end of March, which makes us late on our intended delivery window for the campaign.
We don't expect it will be more than a few weeks, but we aspire to be better than that, and we are very sorry for not meeting that expectation.
Next Steps...
Regardless of where you are in the world, we'll be starting to gear up for fulfillment around the end of the month. In our next update, we'll include information about locking addresses and what to do if your address changes once they have been locked. So stay tuned! We're almost there!

Happy New Year! We have a couple of exciting things to kick off 2024! First and foremost, those hardcover proofs are finally on their way and we should have them in the next week or so— depending on shipping from our printer in the UK and weather conditions in the Northeast US.
As promised, once we have them we'll take a whole lot of pictures for y'all!
Retiring our old Wraithmarked Contact email...
If you have supported our campaigns in the past, you may have seen us make mention of "[email protected]". Until now, this has been our primary method of customer support outside of messages here on Kickstarter. It's been a useful, but imperfect solution, so we've moved to something a little more robust.
Going forward, if you require email-based support, please follow the steps below:
Send your support request to "[email protected]". Please be as detailed as possible.
Shortly after receiving your email, our ticketing system will generate an automated response informing you of your unique request number.
Depending on our workload, we will try to reply to your request in 1-2 business days. We do not answer support requests on US Holidays or Weekends.

As with the other bookmarks, we absolutely love how these turned out!
